SUMMARY:Prof. Carlos Flores-Mir
DESCRIPTION:Brodie Bite\n\nThis presentation describes the different diagno
stic\, prognostic\, and management aspects of the Brodie Bite. Fortunate
ly\, Brodie Bite cases are not frequent. The advantages of early diagno
sis will be discussed to prevent progression to a more complex clinical
scenario. The importance of resolving the Brodie Bite before correcting
any other simultaneous malocclusion is emphasized. Emphasis is given t
o a three-dimensional diagnosis and planning. Various management techni
ques are presented\, ranging from TADS to fixed and functional appliance
 s. Alternative disocclusion methods are also discussed. It is noted tha
t some cases benefit from a combined surgical orthodontic correction. Fin
ally\, difficulties and complications are addressed.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nProfess
